Just add 1 tbsp butter (or any oil) and 1 large egg (room temperature is best) to our dry mix in a mug or ramekin – zap in the microwave for 90 secs (microwaves vary so start with between 60-90 secs) slice, and eat. Moist, convenient, and delicious! Makes 4 slices, eat now and save some for later – or eat the lot! Delicious on its own or served with cream and berries!

Almond meal, Erythritol, Cocoa Powder, Ground Linseed, Ground Psyllium Husk, Gluten-Free Baking Powder, Salt.
Direction for Use
MUFFINS: – Makes 3 chocolate muffins, add chopped dark chocolate for extra decadence and bake in microwave in silicon molds for approx. 60 seconds. Add cream, top with keto-friendly icing or berries.
CHOCOLATE DONUTS: – makes 2-3 single donuts – pour into silicon donut molds drizzle with dark chocolate and top with sugar free sprinkles! Great healthy snack for kids – they’ll never know its healthy!
Storage Conditions
Eat within one day to maintain freshness or wrap and store in fridge for 3 days. Freeze for up to 3 months if it lasts that long!
