Dose & Administration
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets twice daily or as directed by a Healthcare Practitioner.
Cautions/Contra-Indications
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
If symptoms persist, consult your Healthcare Practitioner.
Selenium is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily dose of 100mcg.
Not suitable for use by children under 15 years.
