Direction for Use
Mix 60g (½ cup) of pancake mix with 80mL of any plant-based milk of your choice. Pour half of the batter on a preheated non-stick pan. Cook until the top begins to bubble, then flip and continue cooking until golden brown. Makes 2 pancakes.
Serving Suggestions:
Add your choice of fresh fruits, cream, maple syrup, honey, etc.
