MCT = Medium Chain Triglycerides
MCT’s are known for providing quick energy and a sharper brain. They’re absorbed more quickly than other fats and easily converted into energy. C8 (Caprylic Acid) has potent anti-microbial properties (way more potent than lauric acid), may help you maintain a healthy gut and is the fastest fatty acid to metabolise in the brain. Your liver does not need to process this rare type of MCT, and it only takes 3 steps for your body to turn it into ATP, the cellular fuel you use, sugar takes 26 steps. This is how our MCT powder may manage cravings and promote fat burning.
18 tablespoons of coconut oil is equivalent to 1 tbs of C8.
C10 (Capric Acid) This is the second shortest form of MCT, also rare. It is slower to turn into energy. C10 and C8, are the only two MCT oils that turn into ATP quickly bypassing the liver. You would need 6 tablespoons of coconut oil to get one tablespoon of C6 equivalent.

Direction for Use
Directions – Add 1 heaped teaspoon to your favourite hot or cold drink, water or smoothie. Use blender for best results. Start with 1 teaspoon a day and increase each week as your body tolerates.
