Dose & Administration
Adults: take 1-3 sachets (Equiv. to 5-15g) daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Suitable to mix with water, fruit juice or sprinkle directly onto food.
Cautions/Contra-Indications
Warnings:

- Glucosamine is derived from crustaceans, avoid using it in those who are allergic.
