Dose & Administration
| Adults: | 1 teaspoon (2.8g) daily |
| Children 6-12 years: | 1/2 teaspoon (1.4g) daily |
| Children 1-6 years: | 1/4 teaspoon (0.7g) daily |
Mix into water or juice. Best taken after food.
